Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use the Hexa website, create an account, or buy anything from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Our service
Hexa makes hyper-real AI video and photography of your product. There are two ways to buy:
- Hexa Studio the self-serve studio: paste a product link, configure your film or photoshoot, pay per creation, and it renders automatically. The exact price is always shown before you pay.
- Produced-for-you packages one-time video packages and monthly plans delivered by our team, as described on the offer page. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime and end at the close of the billing period.
Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. The price shown at checkout, plus any tax calculated there, is the price that applies to your order.
Your account
Studio orders require an account, so your creations have a home and your payments are tied to you. You agree to give accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials safe, and accept responsibility for what happens under your account. You can change your details or delete your account at any time from the account page; deletion is permanent. We may suspend or close accounts used for abuse, fraud, or anything in the Acceptable use section.
Orders and payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. A studio order is confirmed when payment completes, and rendering starts immediately after. Package orders are confirmed once payment is complete and you have submitted your product details through the intake form.
Delivery
Studio: renders are generated automatically and typically finish within minutes. Your creation appears on the render page, is saved to your account library, and the link in your confirmation email reopens the same order any time.
Packages: we aim to deliver within 48 hours of receiving a complete brief and all required assets. If we are waiting on information or files from you, that time does not count toward the 48 hours.
Failed renders
If a studio render fails, you are not charged for it: the charge is reversed automatically, without you needing to ask. Card payments are refunded to your original payment method; renders paid from a credit balance have those credits returned to your balance. See the refund policy for details.
Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA/UK customers)
Studio creations are digital content delivered immediately. At checkout you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once generation begins. For packages, you may withdraw until production starts; production starts when you complete payment and submit your product details.
Revisions
Every paid package includes one free revision round. If something is not right, reply to your confirmation email and we sort it out. Studio renders are automated: if a result disappoints, contact support@madebyhexa.co and we will make it right where we reasonably can.
Your content and usage rights
When you submit product links, photos, footage, logos, or other assets, you confirm that you own them or have the right to use them and to let us process them to create your content. If you upload images of a real person, you confirm you have that person's permission. You are responsible for the content you give us.
Once your order is paid and delivered, you receive full usage rights to the final videos and images we produce for you, including for advertising and commercial use.
We may showcase the work we create in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use our service for anything unlawful, deceptive, or infringing; not to create content that violates the rights of others; and not to probe, overload, or abuse the service or its payment flow.
AI-generated content
Our videos and images are created with AI. We work to deliver realistic, brand-ready results, but AI output can vary and is not guaranteed to match a specific mental picture. Failed renders are refunded automatically; disappointing ones we address through support.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hexa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown here, with the "Last updated" date, is the one that applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Hexa is operated by Hexa AI Agency. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA/UK, you also keep the protections of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
